How do I create a reader profile?
After signing in, tap "Add Your First Reader" on the home screen. Enter your child's name and age, then name their reading pet to get started.
How are quizzes generated?
ReadHatch uses AI to generate 10 age-appropriate comprehension questions for any book. Questions are tailored to your reader's age and focus on real understanding, not just recall.
What score do I need to pass a quiz?
Readers need to answer at least 7 out of 10 questions correctly (70%) to pass a quiz and earn points.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes! Readers can retake any quiz, but points are only awarded on the first passing attempt.
How do I unlock all the reading pets?
There are 10 unique pets to collect. Earn points by passing quizzes — every milestone hatches a new pet for your collection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Go to Settings > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
How do I delete my account?
